So Strawberry Caffe

The So Strawberry Caffe is located in Linlithgow and is another amazing dog friendly café. This is a family-run business in the heart of Linlithgow. This café offers different options such as toasties, baked potatoes, and scones while also having a soup of the day option. I had the carrot and coriander soup - which was delicious!

They also have different special toasties’ each week such as smashed avocado, bacon, crumbled feta, and rocket on thick malted bread- which looked amazing! They had many different cake options including gluten-free and vegan alternatives giving everyone the option to have a sweet treat. The special touch of putting a strawberry tea cosy on the teapot was especially nice and quirky.


This café is small but gives a nice cozy feel and has very friendly and welcoming staff. It can be quite busy but if it’s a nice day they do have seating outside. They also offer takeaway coffee and cake if the café is full. The lovely woman on the door moved tables enabling my whole family including my dog to sit together.

l also recently went for breakfast and had the avocado with fresh chopped tomatoes and balsamic drizzle on granary toast- this was tasty! I also had an oat caramel latte which was great. The food is on the pricier side but comparable to other cafés in the area.

You’re able to bring your furry friend and this enables you to have a lovely stroll around Linlithgow while also having the opportunity to pop in for a coffee and cake (or even a bit of lunch with your dog). The staff members were even giving my dog some treats as we arrived. Overall, this café is well worth a visit!

The Corner Café is based in Falkirk's town centre. It's location is on the 'corner' and is pet friendly. It's an all day café and provides homebaking treats. Granary Café

The Granary The Granary is located on Linlithgow high street and is perfect for a sit-in or takeaway coffee. This café is dog friendly and when we visited they even gave me a bowl of water for  my dog- this was nice as it was very hot on that particular day.  It is Open 8-4 Monday to Friday and 9-4 on Saturday and Sunday. Brunch is served from  8-2 and lunch is served 12-3. T here  are plenty of vegan options available. They had  a wonderful cake selection on show such as their empire biscuits, caramel  shortcake, bakewell slices and various different cakes on display. I bought an empire biscuit  to takeaway and found out it was vegan and dairy-free - it was 10/10!
